Support

On FitRadar, you can create workouts from various locations such as the feed, calendar, booked, hosted, etc. You can create a workout by clicking on the red plus icon in the Feed or Calendar sections.

To ensure the success of your workout, it's important to choose a good location for it. You should consider the accessibility of the location (whether it's reachable by foot or car), the time of the workout (workouts held during working hours will have fewer attendees), write an attractive description, add a good photo, etc.

It's also important to prepare well for the workout, you can refer to the article on how to conduct paid workouts, how to check if everyone has paid, and how to withdraw the money.

After the workout, ask the participants to leave a rating and subscribe to you. Workouts without participants will be saved in the hosted/past section for 3 months.

It's also important to share the workout on other social media platforms to increase its visibility and attract more participants. This will increase the chances of the workout being successful and help you reach a larger audience.

How to add a cover to the workout

The cover is a small image that users see when scrolling through the list of workouts on FitRadar. Depending on the list settings, they see it as either a large rectangle or a small one:

To select a cover for the workout:

  1. On the workout publication page, click on the gray area with the camera icon.

  2. The photo will be uploaded and saved automatically.

  3. The photo must meet the requirements:

  • The image corresponds to the sports theme of the workout.

  • No nudity.

  • No additional text.

  • No violent imagery.

Tips for Choosing the Perfect Workout Description

When creating a fitness event description on there are several key elements to keep in mind to ensure its success.

  1. Use a catchy headline: Use a headline that summarizes the event in a catchy and attention-grabbing way

  2. Be clear and concise: Use simple, easy-to-understand language and avoid using jargon or technical terms.

  3. Highlight the benefits: Clearly state what attendees will gain from attending your event and how it will benefit them.

  4. Include all necessary information: Make sure to include all necessary details such as equipment needs or provided and any other important information

By following these tips, you can create a compelling and effective event description that will attract more attendees and make your event a success on FitRadar.

The coach rating in the FitRadar app is a key indicator of their professionalism, knowledge, and the quality of their work, compiled from independent evaluations by attendees of their events.

  1. The exact formula for calculating the rating is not disclosed to prevent manipulation attempts, but it takes into account both paid and free events.

  2. The rating becomes public only after conducting 10 events and receiving 10 evaluations of their quality from different users.

  3. The higher the coach's rating, the more trust their events garner, and consequently, the coach may set a higher price for participation in their events (see Article #6).

  4. The rating is calculated once a week.

  5. For the best coaches, there is a Top 100 in a specific sports category or Top 100 in a specific country. When a coach enters such a Top, they receive a badge.

  6. The FitRadar app administration does not alter the rating formula and cannot arbitrarily change the rating for a specific coach.

  7. The rating is displayed only after receiving evaluations for a minimum of 5 events in 1 sports category.

Sometimes, things come up and you need to cancel. To keep things running smoothly, here's how you can cancel a reservation or event, figure out your refund, or handle any issues that may arise.

Reservation Cancellation

If a workout comes with a 24-hour cancellation policy, that means you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the activity starts and receive a full refund*.

You can find more information about your booking's cancellation policy in the workout description. The refundability of your booking will depend on the activity provider's policy, and it could be fully refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable. All cancelable bookings will have a deadline for cancellation displayed on the workout description.

Types of Cancellation Policies

Easy

The user of the program can cancel their participation for free at any time up to 30 minutes before the event starts. In this case, the full payment for the workout is refunded to them, except for the FitRadar commission. Starting from 30 minutes before the event, cancellation is not possible, and the money is fully transferred to the trainer.

Medium

The user of the program can cancel their participation for free up to 24 hours before the event starts, after which the amount is split in half between the user and the trainer. In this case, half of the payment for the workout is refunded to them, except for the FitRadar commission. If canceled within 60 minutes or less before the event starts, no refund is provided.

Strict

The user cannot receive a refund; the full amount is transferred to the trainer in any case.

All refunds will be processed automatically through the same payment method used by user to book the workout. User can expect to see it in your account within 3-5 business days.

If unexpected circumstances arise and you are unable to conduct the workout, it's crucial to cancel as soon as possible to give your guests the opportunity to make alternative plans.

Canceling free workouts with confirmed reservations is not penalized. However, if you cancel three or more events within a month, your listing may be suspended or deactivated by our team.

15 minutes before the event start time, the FitRadar app will send a countdown warning. By clicking on this warning, the event organizer can access the list of attendees.

To confirm that a specific person has paid for the event, simply ask them to open the FitRadar app and show you their screen. You will be able to see the active event status, complete with the current time. By clicking on this, a special screen of your event will open, displaying all the necessary information.
